GTS Group or Green Technology Services as we were known back then was formed in January 2011 by three partners, all of us having strong database engineering skills but only a rudimentary knowledge of accounting and finance. Relying heavily on third party advice, we only gradually became aware of the serious flaws in our financial structure and operation.
Integral Bookkeeping has been indispensable in recognising the flaws in our processes and procedures, moving us to a Xero based system with WorkflowMAX managing our leads, timesheets and sales.
Beyond their initial support to turn around our systems, GTS Group has committed to a long term partnership with IBS to provide:
- Administrative services
- Ongoing bookkeeping, payroll and employee management
- Financial governance
- Budgets and cash flow projections
Having the expertise of Cassandra and her team brings us the peace of mind that administrative and financial matters are well managed and allows us to focus on those things we know best.
I have no doubt that GTS Group is in better shape today as a direct result of Integral Bookkeeping’s support and I look forward to a long and prosperous relationship in the years to come.
Thank you,
Andrew Todd – CEO
