PACM is a vertically integrated design, construction and specialised service provider to defence, government, mining and commercial clients Australia wide.
We engaged Integral Bookkeeping to run our books from the beginning having worked with Cassandra, Chris and the team before in other businesses we have started and sold. Chris has taken the role as our financial manager and Cassandra has assisted us by:
- Setting us up on Xero and helping us develop our templates
- Training our admin staff in how to invoice and do other tasks internally
- Provide ongoing review, BAS and ad hoc support as required
The staff are conscientious and always go the extra distance. They are always prompt when responding to queries or instructions. It is refreshing to deal with a professional team and I highly recommend them.

Ian Sandell
Ian is one of the indigenous founders of PACM and has extensive and ongoing relationships with various Indigenous groups throughout Australia.
Ian has been instrumental in supporting the development and establishment of the Aboriginal Business Industry Chamber of South Australia (ABICSA). He has an extensive network Australia wide with well established relationships within the Aboriginal Business Sector. This has been recognised by Aboriginal Enterprise in Mining, Exploration and Energy (AEMEE) where he was invited to be a keynote speaker at this year’s annual conference held in Adelaide. Ian has been quoted to say: “I am totally committed to our cause. I will continue in my endeavour to win the hearts and minds of senior managers and business owners in need to engage, develop and maintain Aboriginal employment within their businesses.” This is his mission.
